If there was ever a time that we need to be able to hear and know God, it is now! How desperately we need to be effective and alert, "making the most of every opportunity." Consequently, it makes me aware of how important my own personal relationship and communion with God is. In the treacherous days that we live in, if we're not vitally connected and riveted to our Master, there's no telling where we'll end up, regardless of how strong we might think we are.
Hence, it makes the priority of our walk with Him such that we are compelled to aggressively and with purpose, follow every revealed truth and protocol that governs and enhances this precious eternal connection. Let me encourage you, in a fresh way, to plunge deeper into this glorious covenant relationship. Take a good concordance and look up the word "near" and see the many clues and instructions that God gives in the verses listed there to draw near and stay near. See the benefits He promises as a result and marvel at His lovingkindness. You'll be blessed.
