My apologies for not having posted in a while. The Worship Services here have really been sweet. Praise the Lord for Pastor Jeff, the messages and his leadership each week.
I thought I'd share with you some verses that have been so meaningful to me in the last few weeks. They all come from the Psalms:
Praise the Lord! O give thanks to the Lord for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. Who can speak of the mighty deeds of the Lord, or can show forth all of His praise [in other words, it is impossible to ever overdo it]?
O give thanks to the Lord for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the adversary....
Let us give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness, and for His wonders to the sons of men! For he has satisfied the thirsty soul (AMEN!) and the hungry soul He has filled with what is good.
...He has saved us from our distresses and sent His word to heal us.... Let us give thanks to the Lord for His lovingkindness and let us also offer sacrifices of thanksgiving and tell of His works with joyful singing...
Let us extol (praise Him lavishly, brag on Him) Him also in the congregation of the people and praise him at the seat of the elders.
My heart is steadfast, O God; I WILL sing, even with my soul,; I WILL awaken the dawn...and sing your praises...for Your lovingkindness is GREAT! Your truth reaches to the skies!
Be exalted, O God above the heavens, and Thy glory above all the earth!
