Sunday, July 2nd from 6 till 8:30ish is our annual All-Church Independence Day Picnic. As always there will be horseshoes, arm wrestling (plus much more) and this year's Special Feature...The Dunking Booth...in all probability starring yours truely. ...Hamburgers, hotdogs and the fixins...a great time for the whole family. Make sure and bring a friend or neighbor.
And finally a prayer need...We all remember Peter Lord. He ministered here several times...his wife, Johnni, will be having a delicate vascular proceedure this Wednesday, June 14th at 10:00 A.M. This proceedure is a first of its kind to be done. Please pray for a successful operation with no complications. Thanks for your help (2 Cor. 1:10,11).
